Each CCTV camera includes an allowance of 20 metres of standard cable. If the distance between a camera and the DVR, NVR, power source, or network equipment exceeds 20 metres, the additional cable required will be charged separately at the company’s prevailing rate. Additional charges may include: 1. Extra cable supplied per metre. 2. Labour for installing the additional cable. 3. Trunking, conduit, clips, connectors, junction boxes, or other installation materials. 4. Additional drilling, wall chasing, ceiling work, underground work, or difficult-access work. The customer will be informed of any significant additional cable or installation requirements before the extra work is carried out, where reasonably practicable.
